Telecommunication

..To get product development out of the dependency on IT and back into the domain of product management..

The needs of the enterprise far exceed the capabilities of many telecommunication service providers to deliver. Most Operations Support Systems(OSS) and Business Support Systems(BSS) deployments do not cater for the specialized product design, deployment and billing requirement in the convergent enterprise market space.

Let's focus on product development. What if a product manager could use a product development engine with a simpletouse, highly configurable GUI driving an underlying business process management structure that manipulates network elements and interfaces with billing systems? Specific product configurations could then be constructed by simply setting parameters instead of drastically changing core logic at the IT level.

Enterprise Service Structure

In our vision the corporate account management and product management teams are tightly coupled to a uniquely developed enterprise service delivery platform.
