  • The VisualPromo Application Service is designed to be dynamic allowing product managers and corporate account holders the flexibility to design, execute and evaluate wireless promotions in a highly responsive and interactive medium.
  • VisualPromo(VP) uses an electronic marketing dashboard that has the following design considerations:
  • VP is a web-based utility for wireless marketing. The base concept has its roots in Efficient Consumer Response (ECR), a marketing term used widely in FMCG and Retail industries. Interaction with consumers at the Point of Sale (POS) combined with promotional programs utilizing mobile communication channels yields unprecedented levels of knowledge on consumer behavior.
  • VP is a marketing tool used to build and test effective promotion programs at the micro level. Granulized promotions can be planned, executed and evaluated in time intervals of hours and days as opposed to weeks and months. Such programs will inherently give better return on the campaign investment, particularly when this form of sampling is used to run mass communication and promotion programs through national level media and prominent retail chains.
  • As a desktop application, VP gives product managers the ability to design, execute and evaluate promotion programs as a single integrated business process. As the process owner, the product manager can construct views on customer segments and then use this data to develop interaction with consumers and add significant value to the buying experience and the use of the product.
  • The fundamental purpose of VP is therefore to build customer loyalty through individualized interaction made possible by the use of tactile information. This information will stem from integrated web, email, POS and SMS, formatted to generate a 360-degree view of the customer.
  • VP gives product managers the ability to manage customer loyalty, reward best customers, and create up-sell opportunities leading to increased share of wallet.
  • Above all, VP is a collaborative tool that uses electronic channels of communication to link suppliers, manufacturers and retailers along the value chain.
